Order StatusUpdated a year ago

You can track your order status by visiting Craftparts.com and logging into your account. Once logged in, select My Account / Orders.

Order Status Definitions

Order StatusDefinition
Order ProcessingYour order placed online has been received; There is no further action needed from you
Awaiting FulfillmentYour order placed by phone or fax has been received; There is no further action needed from you
Partially ShippedOnly some items in the order have been shipped due to some products being on customer-approved Back Order
ShippedYour order has been shipped, and you should have received an automated email containing your tracking information
CancelledThe seller has cancelled the order
Partially RefundedThe seller has partially refunded the order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information to the email address associated with your account and your order status will reflect as "Shipped" within your Craftparts.com account.
